The URL is only an example. Many BIG5 encoding pages were detected as GB18030
encoding. It works OK when using 0.9.9

Maybe the new GB18030 encoding cover too much space and should be tried AFTER BIG5 ?

After some test, I found it quite annoying. For BIG5 pages, the Chinese
auto-detected is totaly useless in RC1. IE. if a BIG5 page didn't specified the
charset, it is quite certainly will be detected as a GB18030 page. 

I hope this bug can get fixed before 1.0.
