1386706 - cleanup in mergeday as part of TC migration

Merge day went smooth, at least from our side.
Couple of things that need to be fixed:

1. Add some example "diffs" so that we can unblock ourselves in case a releaseduty buddy is not around to r? the diff patches before pushing.
2. Remove the "--trigger-builds" as we're not fully TC, hence no BB! yay
3. Adjust the script[1] itself to make it simpler by trimming aforementioned config.

4. Make sure to adjust bouncer checks in nagios beforehand too. Sounds like I broke them since I renamed the stub installers in bug 1372260 + in mergeduty as part of https://github.com/mozilla/releasewarrior/blob/master/how-tos/mergeduty.md#bump-bouncer-versions.
