[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Nightly 57.0a1 with a new profile
2.Set "dom.forms.datetime.timepicker" pref to True in about:config
3.In the URL bar enter "data:text/html, <input type="date">
4.Go to month segment and type "02"
5.Go to day segment and insert "31"
6.Click to open month/year calendar
7.Click "Feb" month from month/year calendar

[Expected result]:
February should be selected in the month/year calendar

[Actual result]:
March is selected and a flicker appears in the month/year title
similar to Bug 1386642 ?
should be fixed together as bug 1386642.
need verification.
