138846 - Back and Foward no longer show when selecting in an image or an input box

When you are on a page with images or lots of input boxes, and you right click
for a menu to go back to the previous page, the "Back" and "Foward" options dont
apear in the menu. 

For pages with a lot of images (or hidden images) you are constanly searching
for a location to right click just to go back to the previous page.

This is very annoying when you are using a laptop keyboard as your pointer is
usually at the bottom right of the page (from scrolling) and the back button is
at the top left of the page.

With 0.9.9 (and all previous builds that I remember), the "back" and "foward" 
always appeard (when available) no matter where you did your right click.

This behaviour is by design, as part of the fix for bug 108099 & bug 75338
