Build: Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-08);
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure the "Progressive web apps" toggle is ON, in Settings>Advanced menu.
2. Install a web app that uses mic & camera, e.g: https://voice-memos.appspot.com/ & https://qrcodescan.in/
3. With all permissions turned on for Nightly, open the web apps.
Expected result:
Doorhanger should be displayed, asking for permission to access location. camera, microphone, saving passwords, etc.
Actual result:
Doorhangers are not displayed.
