Attached the test case.
Expected behavior:
We should see one red circle and one green circle.
Current behavior:
The color of both two circles is red.
"fill" is an inherited style prop, it should be inherited as keyword not computed value.

This seems to be fixed.
Working for me in Firefox Nightly 66.0a1 (2019-01-22) (64-bit)
and Firefox 64.0.2 (64-bit)
