Details

When opening a new Preferences tab, the title of the tab is shown as about:preferences for one frame, and then rapidly changes to Preferences. This creates a weird flicker effect that draws my attention to noticing it. BMO suggests bug 1371896 and bug 1386911 as "possible duplicates", so maybe there's something related in them. Nightly (2017-08-15), OS X 10.12.6 release.
