1390966 - After switching browser language, Sync menu item is reset to "logged out"

STRs:
- log into sync
- confirm that in Settings, the first item displays your email/avatar
- go to General->Language, change the language to something else
- go back to Settings (using the back button or nav bar at the top), and observe that the top menu is now the language's equivalent of "Sign In".
- close Settings, re-open them, everything is back to normal.

based on what i'm seeing
- it doesn't do anything harmful, other than being confusing and if you click "sign in" you will see that you actually signed in
- this gets automatically fixed the next time you come back to Fennec
I tend to think this is a lower priority but we can discuss further
