follow up to bug 1390148
Need test cases for:
- changing option in settings (on, off, private mode only, and also basic,strict)
Use GCDWebserver internal pages to create a test page with data that should be blocked, and verify that the load was blocked (maybe parse the DOM on load complete and see if item is missing?)
