Steps To reproduce:
1. Open https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Experimental_features
2. Open Inspector (Ctrl+Shift+C)
3. Try to view css rule for any element

Actual Results:
Rule view is empty.

Expected Results:
CSS rule should display.
