1394060 - burst when click a bookmarks (link) while page is loading

Reproducible : very often

Steps To Reproduce(The easiest way. It is not limited to this):
1. Enable BookMarks toolbar 
2. Click bookmark "Get Involved"
3. While page is loading, repeat Step2 & 3

Actual Results:
burst while page is loading

Expected Results:
No burst
