Reproducuble: always Steps To Reproduce: 1. Open http://www.feedly.com/i/latest which should redirect to https://feedly.com/i/welcome Actual Results: Tab burst twice. 1st burst is meaningless and annoying. Expected Results: Only burst when page loaded on final destination
