Manual bookmark prefer "Other bookmarks" in folder section but Ctrl+D prefer "Bookmarks Menu" in folder section

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
1.Bookmark any site manually by clicking the bookmark icon
2.See the folder section of it
3.Now cancel that bookmark
4.Again Bookmark that site with Ctrl+D
5.Again see the folder section
Actual results:
In folder section it shows different bookmark option for different method.
For manual it shows "Other bookmarks" in folder section but Ctrl+D prefer "Bookmarks Menu" in folder section.
Expected results:
Both methods should show the same option in folder section of bookmark.
