Hi there, I am hoping this is a duplicate. This is about 2 months old and I apologize for the late bug filing. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1164331 Issue: MP4 videos starting showing a thick green line at the bottom FF 55.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 10 What solves the issue: Safe Mode solves the issue This user has Geforce 8800GT GPU and found out disabling "media.windows-media-foundation.allow-d3d11-dxva" entry solved my problem.
