Details

***Overview Description:
Amazingly, there is no current mechanism for unsetting the 'Set as New
Bookmark Folder' option. Once it has been set to change it from the default (the
invisible all-encompassing root level BM Folder) the only option is to move that
setting to another folder.

***Steps to Reproduce:
1) with a new profile add a bookmark automatically (Ctrl-D).
2) Note it lands at the root level.
3) Open Manage Bookmarks (ctrl-B) and select any folder.
4) Choose View|Set as New Bookmarks Folder.
5) Change your mind and try to revert to previous state(step2).

***Actual Results:
There is no established mechanism to revert the setting. Painstakiing
workarounds are 1) Hand edit your BM file or 2) Create a new empty folder, set
it as the new target and then delete it.

***Expected Results:
1) There should be a visual cue showing which folder has this status (maybe a
little green down arrow (to convey 'in here') on the normal folder icon).

2) When/if this folder is selected there should appear a checkmark next to the
menuitem.

3) Ideally, the text of the menuitem would then change to "Unset as New
Bookmarks Folder", but it would be enough if selecting it simply removed the
checkmark - and of course changed the status of the folder, resetting it to the
default(root)

***Build Date & Platform Bug Found:

All platforms, current builds as of 20020423 (branch and trunk)

I think i got it right but cc'ing marlon for a little UI blessing. (Is 'unset'
the appropriate word?)
I can't even seem to change the default new bookmark creation location at all.
I tried the workaround mentioned above of creating a new folder via Manage
Bookmarks:File Bookmarks:New Folder.....and deleting it as well as Manage
Bookmarks:File Bookmarks:Default. Either way my new bookmarks are all created
in the Business and Finance folder.
