Step 1: log on to - URL: http://h20565.www2.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc
Step 2: select Submit or Manage Support Cases.
Step 3: Input Serial number in the Contract or Warranty ID field, click submit case.
Step 4: Fill the necessary details in the field provided and submit the case.
Step 5: You can view the case ID and also check status.
