In Help -> Help Contents
It pops upen a browser window with Welcome, and a list of the primary catogories
of help. Browsing the Web, Mail and News, etc.
First of all, it is missing, Using Certificates, and Managing Profiles. But this
may be purposful.
But most importantly, when you click on a topic, you are brought to the first
section of that topic, and given a menu of the subsections of that section. But
you arn't given a menu of the sections, which is very confusing.
For instance if I click, Browsing the Web, I am immediently brought to the first
topic on that which is Navigating Web Pages, and given the subtopics for that.
But unless I know to open the tree to the left, I may never realize there are
other topics farther down the page such as Searching the Web.
Oh side note, on the tree, if I click on Customizing Mozilla, I'm brought to the
middle of that page. Seperate Bug?
-->cotter, for comment on this RFE (is the Help on Help available in Moz?).

The submenu problem has been addressed in recent commercial builds. It will get
fixed when we make our next drop (post-Mozilla 1.0) of updated Help contents.
At that point the new help_help.html file, "Using the Help Window" (already
checked in) will be linked from the TOC frame and the Mozilla Welcome page. This
new section provides detailed instructions for navigating the help system.
The offset target you mention has also been fixed on the commercial side.
Marking Future. Should be considered fixed when both the subtopic links and the
links to help_help.html show up after the next commercial drop.
