I'll upload a log - but we send a request on stream 0xf and the server never sends any bytes..
other things like SETTINGS and SETTINGS-ACK are exchanged fine.
look for http2session 7fde118ca800
we'd need to work with the site publisher to make any progress. I'll mark INVALID, but please reopen if you have a way to make it an evang bug.
