Details

STR: 1. enable windows 10 accent colour in the titlebar in system settings 2. pick a dark enough colour that it triggers [brighttext] 3. focus and unfocus a firefox window ER: both background tabs and new tab button get a black foreground colour to cope with the now light-grey colour of the titlebar. AR: the background tabs change to black foreground colour, the new tab button doesn't. I *think* this used to work, but it's possible it's particular to the accent-in-titlebar support we added and was always broken in that configuration. But it looks very odd. :-)
