The "Firefox Health Report" KB article will need a major rewrite for Firefox 56. See the discussion I started here:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-health-report-understand-your-browser-perf/discuss/7134
... where I wrote on Aug 21, 2017 (quote)
"See Bug 1352497 - Remove about:healthreport"
... and on Aug 28, 2017 (quote)
"I checked in Firefox 56 Beta and the "How to view your Firefox Health Report" section no longer applies. You can still get to the Firefox Health Report by entering about:healthreport in the address bar ... at least it still works in Firefox 56 Beta."
"The "How to turn data sharing on or off" section is also wrong for Firefox 56, since the Advanced panel is gone. The Firefox 56 Privacy & Security panel now has an option to allow Firefox to send technical and interactive data to Mozilla, under the "Firefox Data Collection and Use" section. The "Learn more" link next to that option goes to https://www.mozilla.org/legal/privacy/firefox.html#health-report"
... and where philipp wrote on Sept 13, 2017(quote)
"a bit of background is also in this blog post - https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2017/09/06/data-just-living/
not sure if we need some input from those data teams on how we should deal with the existing article..."

By the way, https://www.mozilla.org/legal/privacy/firefox.html#health-report includes a
"turn data sharing off" link to the "How to turn data sharing on or off" section of this article,

Disregard that part. I checked again today in Firefox 56 Beta 56.0b12. The "How to view your Firefox Health Report" instructions (Click the menu button, click help and select Firefox Health Report) still apply. The "Firefox Health Report" help menu item is still there and it takes you to the about:healthreport page.

I made a revision to the "How to turn data sharing on or off" section of the article for fx56. Joni, can you review it?

Joni approved my pending revision for fx56. Since bug 1352497 is still resolved I'll close this bug.
