"Firefox 56 preferences have changed. The new Privacy & Security panel now has a single data sharing option to allow Firefox to send technical and interactive data to Mozilla, under the section "Firefox Data Collection and Use". Telemetry is now combined with Firefox Health Report data so both articles will need to be rewritten and/or merged into a single article."
