The pref currently only supports middle/ctrl click and contextual menu on the bookmarks menu and toolbar. There's more to do before we can consider this behavior a default: 1. enable more part of the test on Mac (at least the toolbar part should be fine) 2. Try to find a better solution to the timeout on Mac 3. Decide what to do with containers (close, not close) based on feedback 4. keyboard support 5. Photon panels support
