When I visit a web site that triggers my P3P cookie policy, I get a cookie icon
in the status bar.

The cookie icon has a white background against the modern theme. Looks like it
doesn't have the right mask applied to it. Is it the alpha mask it's missing?
Marlon would know. In any case, there shouldn't be this white background around
the cookie, it should be masked to match the background color of the status bar.
If this icon is in the moz 1.0 trunk then this bug should be nominated for beta.
Otherwise we can remove this nomination.
