140111 - drag and drop URL icon to personal toolbar, with bookmark folder open no closing

I am using a Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1)
Gecko/20020417 on Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 2.

1. When use mouse to drag a URL icon from URL bar to personal toolbar
2. The folder showed by personal toolbar will be open but not to closed, if user
changed his mind and wish to put it in the folder next to it.
3. This will continue even the user no longer wish to put it in any folder.
4. The whole opened folder will be left there, unless user to click them one by
one in order to close them.
5. After find the target folder, the new URL cannot be located at top position
of that folder. I have to put in second position and change it using bookmark
mananger.
