Details

If you drag a link to the toolbar (from the Nav Toolbar), it will expand each menu as you hover over it. The bug is that it never collapses the menu, even after dropping the bookmark. You have to click on each bookmark folder to collapse it

Dup of itself? :) You mean 96504 (sorry I failed to see it earlier)
what do you mean by "dup of itself"? Bug 140111 was again duped against bug 133601, which would seem to be the Windows variant of this. (Bug 96504 is considered to be a linux bug.)
