User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20170919220202
Steps to reproduce:
Went into Customise mode, then exited the Customise mode.
Actual results:
The add-on information bubbles turned red from grey and stayed red (see screenshot), they didn't change back to grey. They only turn back to grey when you go to another tab, but this doesn't work on about: pages. However, if an information bubble is red, but then you navigate to another page on the same tab, it stays red, but any other add-on that produces information bubbles that wasn't active at the time, such as uBlock, will be the usual grey colour.
Expected results:
They should stay grey and not turn red, or should automatically turn back to grey once Customise mode is exited.

Seems like an issue with how browser actions are coping with customize mode. Could the webextension folks investigate why this is happening? It's not clear to me off-hand why the badges would *ever* change colour, or if it's appropriate for them to be red at any point (and if so why/when), and what's doing that. Shane, maybe you know what's going on here?

I believe red is the default colour and they are reverting on customize and some new windows. This is a dupe of bug 1314674.
