Bug 1393728 temporarily prevented Snaps to be associated with a channel. They are uploaded on the Snap store, but nobody but us or Canonical can download them.
Once beta Snaps pass Canonical's QA, we should be able to publish Betas to the beta channel.
This requires:
* to create a macaroon[1] for the beta channel specifically (... created one for the Edge channel)
* to store it on Taskcluster Secrets
* to change [3] to fetch the right TC secret and upload to the Beta channel
