There is no benefit of  in-content Preferences without print capability.

Reproducible: always

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Preferences (about:preferences)
2. Try print the page (Ctrl+P)

Actual Results:
Unable to print.
An alert dialog pops up. "There was an unexpected problem while printing."

Expected Results:
Successfully perform print out / print preview
It does not seem likely that we will support printing XUL documents. This will either be fixed by changing preferences to be implemented using XHTML or finding another way to generate the printout view.

This bug also highlights another issue in that the error message is confusing and misleading (this problem is not unexpected).
