Over in Bug 1302457 I'm finally going to get periodic file updates to appear on treeherder (before the actual checkin they perform).
An example of this on treeherder today is: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&revision=14db7c0bcf9ae86c9ec2cc9d3c249a42e459a2a9&filter-searchStr=periodic
