From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; de-AT; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417
BuildID: 2002041711
When I look at a HTML-eMail (either in the preview pane or in a dedicated
window) the title tag in graphics and e.g. in the <abbr> or <acronym> commands
is not evaluated.
This mean when I move the mouse curser other a graphic with a title tag the text
does not popup in a tool tip. Try also a HTML eMail that contains e.g. the
following command:
<abbr title="World Wide Web">WWW</abbr>
When I move the mouse curser over the word 'WWW' I would expect that 'World Wide
Web' shows up in the tool tip.
When you look at such a page in normal Browser window it works fine.
Reproducible: Always
