When I have message with HTML attachment, which contains <abbr> tags,
explanation is not shown for the abbreviation in the message preview.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create HTML file with this content:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
    "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html>
<head>
  <title>Test</title>
</head>
<body>
Abbr: <abbr title="Something New">SN</abbr>
</body>
</html>

2. Create new message, attach the file, save the message, close composer.
3. Select the saved message, message text appears in the preview pane.
4. Move mouse over underscored SN word.

Actual Results:  Cursor changes to question sign.

Expected Results:  Cursor changes to question sigh, tooltip with text "Something
New" appears
Does this work if you display it in the browser?
Yes, it does show the tooltip in the browser for the html file. This is how I
knew it should display the tooltip :-)

Happens on all platforms, I found several other bug reports about it. Raising
severity to normal because this bug prevented us (mozfr.mozdev.org team) from
using ABBR and ACRONYM on the French Mozilla mail start page which uses several
acronyms.
