Details
Installed 2002-04-26 Nightly. When Mozilla starts at the end of the
installation it reports "Cannot find needed PVCRT.DLL file in the given path:
<very long path spec>.
I don't see any missing functionality.

OK, looking a bit more carefully:
Now using 2002-05-02 Nightly, *every startup* incurs this - but the DLL name is
PNCRT.DLL. The title bar on the error popup shows "XPCom:EventReceiver"
Also, at the end of the install I got another error "Unable to locate Procedure
Entrypoint ?Mid@nsAString@@QBEIAAV1@II@Z in XPCOM.DLL; that one does not recur.
I then removed Mozilla and did a clean install. That, BTW, is a major PITA
because it looses the add-ons such as Calendar and Jabberzilla. The clean
install gets the missing DLL but not the missing ept.
