[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox.
2.Open the New Tab page.
3.Click the Top sites edit button.
4.Resize Firefox.

[Expected result]:
No UI issues are encountered.

[Actual result]:
The "Done" button is displayed outside the parent window.

[Regression range]:
I don't think that this is a regression.

I can confirm that this issue is verified fixed using Firefox 59.0a1(BuildId:20171113220112) and Firefox 58.0b3(BuildId:20171114032831) on Windows 10 64bit, Ubuntu 16.04 and macOS 10.12.
