User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20170928180207

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a new firefox window
2. Make it full screen

Actual results:

Tab bar still exists, even though there's a single tab opened

Expected results:

Tab bar could be merged with address/toolbar and a "+" (new tab icon) could be added to the address/toolbar itself.
