140480 - Attachments - Have "auto detect" selected by default

Summary line says it all!

Unless it's taxing to the system to auto detect it would be a major convenience
not to have to click a radio button as for attachment type unless I want to pick
a certain file type.

bugzilla also does this.  Bugscape is just bugzilla codebase.  I am going to
move this bug.

Sounds reasonable to me, I'll let Myk think about it for 2.18.

In the mean time, if Bugscape upgrades to the latest code at any time the
template can be altered to do this if desired.

My understanding is that browsers still suck at guessing correct MIME types a
lot of the time, in which case defaulting to auto-detect will cause a lot of
problems.

Which is exactly the reason it tells the user what mime-type got picked on the
confirmation screen and provides a link to go edit it if it got it wrong.
