The borders of inactive windows on Windows 10 are normally transparent but Nightly's top border is opaque.
Also when the window becomes active the top border takes longer to change to the accent color than the other borders, sometimes it can take several 100ms and is quite noticeable.

This is a consequence of setting chromemargin="0,2,2,2" (so we can draw in the title bar) while not enabling glass. AFAIK we can't fix this in front-end code.

As written in bug 1499439, this bug is a lot more noticeable in Windows 10 1809.
I don't know why but this issue seems to be present only with default and dark theme. Light theme has a the "right" border on top.
