User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open any page that has a form with an input with type="email" (ex. https://jsfiddle.net/t0t0ea66/) 2. Zoom to any amount (though you'll notice it the most at zoom 300%) 3. Submit with a bad input (eg. test@) Actual results: The error message remains at the original size, regardless of browser zoom. This is an accessibility issue for users who require zoom in order to interact with the page and was flagged while our QA testers were doing accessibility testing. Expected results: Error message about the email being invalid is zoomed to the percentage the page is zoomed

This is essentially the same as bug 1756203, with a different but similar sort of in-content popup/dropdown that's not following full-page-zoom.
I'm going to duplicate this to bug 1756203 even though this one was filed first, since there's been a good amount of discussion/activity on bug 1756203. (I've done the same for the see-also bug, bug 1767863.)
