We're removing nsIDOMHTMLMediaElement in Bug 1407040. It looks like the only place this is used in comm-central is a test in 

mail/test/mozmill/content-policy/test-general-content-policy.js

So we'll need to figure out if we can access the required const value in the webidl.
This is better tracked in TB.

Yes, we did this in bug 1438825. Looks like wires crossed here.
