After opening the preferences window, or the main mail window, the left
pane is completely non responsive. For example in the preferences I cannot
select any category, but I can select the options in the right pane. Rebooting
or creating a new account does not affect this. Reinstalling 0.99 reverts the
problem.
Reproducible: Always
