We need a design for the UI warning that will be displayed when a user encounters a login page that is neither known to be safe nor unsafe. This warning could be displayed at the same time as the insecure password warning (https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2017/01/20/communicating-the-dangers-of-non-secure-http/).

We are currently on the platform pieces (2017Q4) and expect to start implementing the UI next quarter (2018Q1).
