1. Launch Mozilla test build and open navigator or mail window;
2. Click (Only MouseDown) "File" menu and move your mouse below the last option
"Quit"; Keeping mouse moving, you will see the menu will be selected again! But
at this time your mouse was not over any menu.

I'll bet that event rewriting is wrong somehow.  This needs some TLC.  I know
what to look...

Can we find a different owner for these gtk2 bugs (and perhaps a different QA 
since I don't really have time to do this). And can we label the gtk2 bugs with
