As per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1393774#c5 we have the green light to decomm the machines in comment 4, excluding the 15 machines we need for Bug 1410024 We will need to get this done prior to the infra soft freeze on Nov 1st.

Andrei raised a good point about decommissioning only once rather than many iterations. Given that, we should include all the machines currently disabled for at least the same duration as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1393774#c4 context: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1393774#c8
Following the latest change in Bug 1393786 and Bug 1393774 this bug can be mark as resolved.
