141048 - Personal Folder Toolbar Entries disappear off the right hand side of the page

If I have too many links in my personal toolbar folder then they just disappear
off the right hand side of my screen with no obvious way to access them. There
is another browser out there that shows a little expansion button when this
situation occurs - which is a satisfactory resolution. There may be other ways
to solve this.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add lots of links to the personal toolbar folder
2. they disappear off the right hand side
3.

Expected Results:  Allowed me to access these somehow rather than just making
them disappear

Workaround is to use access them from the menu system which sort of defeats the
purpose of having a highly accessible toolbar
