The scalars here http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/bc6dddb88b1f34b54e22efc205846975fb4c04cb/toolkit/components/telemetry/Scalars.yaml#627
all expired in 57 and we never received a notification at webrtc-ice-telemetry-alerts@mozilla.com.
Notifications to the same email address for Histograms appear to work fine.

FYI I opened bug 1410560 for extending the expire values, so this bug can be taken to investigate and hopefully solve the missing notification email(s).

This should have been addressed by bug 1306623.
Frank, do you have an idea about what's going on?

Looks like the expiration was found. Looking now to see why it wasn't emailed to that address.

Fixed with https://github.com/mozilla/cerberus/commit/0762a220dafde76a6beb278c28c9b5872e432ae7.
Expiration emails should now be sent again, and ci integration will ensure this outage doesn't happen again.
