I'm not sure if that's even possible, but I finally discovered why so many languages get uppercase strings wrong (relatively common in Android): that's Pontoon's fault, since it yells at them saying that they're translating an acronym.

Do you think we should disable the acronym check per se, or just for specific projects?

Note that it's not entirely easy to enable/disable a specific check in Translate Toolkit:

While grouping acronyms might be useful for copy and pasting, I think we should just disable it completely for quality checks.
