Among other apps, RelEng handles release-notifications[1] and release-notifications-dev[2] apps under Heroku. Can I please get following "view" + "deploy" + "operate" access on both the apps? Thank you. Confirmed 2FA enabled then added :-) If it helps, people can be given the per-app `manage` permission bit, allowing them to self-manage each app's users. Currently there is nobody with `manage` for release-notifications-dev, but :jlorenzo has `manage` for release-notifications. Let me know if you'd like that adjusted too.

I'd like to have this right, on the -dev app as well. If rail could have it too, that'd be fantastic :)

Now they have `manage` you can ask them ;-) hehe
