In previous implementation Search Suggestion was off by default, so when typing on the url there was a prompt letting user know that he could enable the Search Suggestions and giving the option to do it or to dismiss the prompt. In latest master Search Suggestions is on by default. It is correct that the prompt does not appear when typing an url, but if Search Suggestion is disabled in Settings, should this prompt appear again? Currently it is not being shown. Farhan, could you please confirm that this is right? We have some XCUITest testing whether this prompt appears or not and should be implemented accordingly to latest changes. Thanks!

Attached an screenshot with the prompt I was referring to
I dont think we are going to bring this back. If a user has gone into settings and decided they dont want to see search suggestions anymore. They dont need to see the option to turn it on in the search suggestions. If they'd like turn search suggestions on again they know where to turn it on. I think this is also the behaviour we had before. If you tapped no on that prompt. We dont show that prompt again.
