layout/style/crashtests/439184-1.html is too slow on debug build of android/stylo. In my local workstation, opt is 194s, debug is 539s. Also, our CI is timeout (over 12min)

Is this test particularly slower in stylo vs. non-stylo?
If so, this is probably something we should fix instead.
