There are Makefile rules here to copy the mozscreenshots extension to a different directory: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/e56ae7213756d93da1c1c72805c8f8b8ddb9dcdd/browser/tools/mozscreenshots/mozscreenshots/extension/Makefile.in We should just fix whatever code looks for it there to find it in dist/xpi-stage.
