Looks like browser_console_certificate_imminent_distrust.js needs a bit more attention, which I will do in this follow-on.
I think this intermittent is due to the console message not being displayed upon session restores, because the errors reported by Orangefactor are all in test verification runs, like:

This would imply that this intermittent is going to be fixed by Bug 731478, as right now we don't always know the certificate chain of servers we're connecting to if we're restoring a session.
